I helped this nonprofit raise awareness of type 2 diabetes symptoms and provide resources for management. After having a loss in their own family, their goal was to make assessment and testing kits free and easy to access through partnerships with health organizations and manufacturers. The identity and design language had to be relatable to the average American, but also convey a medical association (aqua/blue medical imagery). Also, the urgency about finding out early had to be part of the brand (bright warning-yellow) and site design (quiz at the top). (Built on Wix)
