We outline what your users are trying to accomplish, and where they have pain points that need to be addressed, or where your current brand or website might be failing or missing the mark.

Architect & Design

We map out the user flows and page architecture, storyboard the main pages and actions, and then dive into detailed design. For a visual design project, we review initial sketches, then narrow down to the direction that fits your vision and meets user/audience needs.

Test, Revise, Launch

We test a prototype with real users or environments, and revise the design as needed. After going live (launch/publication/installation), we review statistics, and gather client and customer feedback to make sure we got it right. The numbers tell us!
