I take a human-centered approach to design. It is an iterative approach of research-design-test-revise.
UX Design
Research and Alignment
A project can include extensive research, or just brief analysis to define user types and scenarios. I will outline what your users are trying to accomplish, and where they have pain points that need to be addressed.
Architect & Design
I map out the user flows and page architecture, storyboard the main pages and actions, and then dive into detailed design.
Test, Revise
I will test a prototype with real users and revise the design as needed. After launch, I review site statistics, and gather client and customer feedback to make sure we got it right or adjust.
Graphic Design
For a visual design project, I will review your goals and make a creative brief. I review initial sketches and narrow down to the direction that fits your vision, whether it is a logo, illustration, or report.
