About Us
Anne Siddall founded Anne’s Design in 2016 (formerly Anne Siddall Design). She started a career in design because she wanted to make software that wouldn’t make you want to swear at it. Her approach is to start a project with a solid understanding of the people who will be using the application or website, and what they are trying to accomplish, not just look at what’s out there and copy it. We look at where the problems or gaps are, and figure out how to make something that lets the end user do their task with the least frustration, and a little joy, or even some fun.
Anne’s User Experience (UX) Design work has included enterprise and consumer applications for startups, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies. Before starting her own practice, she held UX Design positions at Amazon, Whitepages.com, and the Regional Transportation Authority of Chicago and Blink Interactive. With an earlier background in graphic design and fine art and her BFA from the University of Washington, she brings precision craft and creative direction to each project.
