I created a template for RFP/RFQs for Bellwether Housing's Real Estate Development Team, and did the production work on four of these proposals, giving continuity and professionalism to their message. These proposals are sent to Transit Agencies or other organizations who are looking to develop real estate for city and transit use. They were able to secure the contracts on three of the five proposals I helped to create.
