Led the UX team to support payment instruments purchased on Amazon (gift cards, credit cards, Amazon Reload) and improved fraud protection for the global checkout process. Updated the Gift Card purchase experience on Mobile, added new features such as texting gift cards and ‘add your photo’. Simplified the UI, modernized the interface, and improved discoverability.
